Kristi has cultivated a well-rounded background in marketing communication, project management and business development.
Her marketing communication experience includes strategy development, research, technical writing/editing, presentation support and quality control. She has led technical teams to produce winning proposals and managed strategic planning initiatives for multi-million dollar public infrastructure projects throughout Texas and Pennsylvania.
She has extensive experience in developing visual communication solutions for client-specific marketing and sales initiatives, including developing and designing branding, advertising, print collateral and web design.
She has managed public relations campaigns for companies and governmental agencies.
Kristi has a Bachelors Degree in Communication.

In addition to overseeing the company’s daily operations, Thomas serves as the sole estimator, buyout manager
and contract manager. His close supervision of the company’s projects, attention to detail and extensive construction knowledge adds tremendous value to the construction process.
Thomas served as chairman of the workforce certification program for the U.S. Department of Energy and National Renewable Energy Laboratory. He studied Business Management and Administration at the University of
New Hampshire and St. Edwards University.
